Organic Food
Since 2002, the Farmhouse of Casa Vaiano has decided to comply with the new regulation (2092/91) and convert from a conventional agriculture to an organic one. We made this decision mostly to be able to produce an extra virgin olive oil of the finest quality. In this sector we also produce cereals to obtain durum flour. My wife Daniela, is skilled to produce homemade marmalades with the fruit from our farm; she is also able to obtain an excellent Limoncello.
Activity
The open spaces which surround the buildings of the Casa Vaiano Property offer the opportunity to enjoy all those hobbies which render free time so pleasant, from the football ground to the playground for children (and adults), to archery situated in the natural amphitheatre of the ancient chalk pit. The stream which feeds the large pool flows from a rock, and while you are immersed into the fresh water, you can gaze upon an enchanting landscape.
